Convenient location and comfortable beds.
Terrible parking and lack of responsibility for damages. My xmas stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The parking garage is not owned by the hotel and my car was smashed into, costing me over $500. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. The lack of security cameras is a safety concern. However, the beds were comfortable and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The breakfast menu also offered a good selection of food. Unfortunately, the terrible parking experience overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay.

Guests staying at this hotel have many things to do outside due to its convenient location near top attractions. Also, the service at the hotel is great, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. If you have a room with a view of the city, it's definitely worth it, as the views are beautiful and breathtaking.
The hotel's fitness center is not available for guests with mobility issues, which can be a major inconvenience for some guests.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi at the hotel. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
The room was a bit cramped and lacked any outstanding features, making it feel average. Additionally, there were some rowdy guests who were noisy and disruptive during my stay, which detracted from my overall experience.

The staff offered complimentary drinks and cookies upon arrival, which was a great touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city skyline.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. The waitstaff at dinner was unresponsive and we had a frustrating experience with incorrect orders and delayed service.

Reasonable base for exploring Covington. We appreciated almost everything, including views and location. Thanks to concierge, who often helped us. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The restaurant was extremely good!

Best priced hotel. The place is 0.5 miles away from Covington downtown. Plus, easy private parking. We liked everything of our stay there.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent and there are extra facilaties provided for guests such as: a coffee bar, free internet access and printing, ATMs,pool, gym etc. The rooms are comfortable and the maid service generally good. The local shuttle bus also goes from right outside the front of the hotel. An excellent hotel, I would definitely recommend it.
Very little really. The only minor issue was that the maid failed to replenish all the tea and coffee products. However, the helpful man in the coffee bar came to the rescue!

Every room service order was wrong. Spent a lot of money not to get what was agreed to.
